Meditation Script Writing

Part 1

As you practice breathwork and prepare yourself for deep, purposeful meditation, it is now time to start putting pieces of a few meditation scripts together. It is similar to how movies are scripted. Each scene is carefully selected and put in a certain order to achieve the desired effect. The meditation script for the winter solstice success work consists of 4 distinct parts:

  1. A trigger - a situation, which makes you lose peace of mind, challenges you greatly, and, perhaps, happens consistently. It’s important to write down just the part preceding the reaction, the emotion, or the action. For example, a former male colleague would turn the temperature in the office so low, that all women in the office would be sitting in coats in June, to the point where my hands are frozen and I’m struggling to pull out the needle from its cover to insert into a patient. Or a close friend would call me stupid and use words that in my culture are considered disrespectful. You describe the trigger up to the moment of your reaction in a few sentences and put it on paper in your journal.

  2. Replacing a limiting belief with a truism based on one of the laws. The top 2 Laws of Nature are The Laws of Peace and Oneness. Both are confirmed by science, quantum physics in particular. Peace means neutral, not conditioned to be one way or the other. So if in the example above my reaction to the trigger was based on being conditioned by my culture that being called stupid naturally makes me angry, it is a violation of the law. Or when I believed that a colleague brings the temperature so low because he is selfish and inconsiderate, therefore I have the right to be upset, same here. There are 11 laws, but for the sake of simplicity, you can work with just the first 2 because the other 9 derive from them. For example, for someone who doesn’t take care of their body instead of focusing on the lower Law of Physical Manifestation/Proof, we can relate it to violating the Law of Oneness. Viewing your vehicle, your body, as one with all would result in treating it like some people treat their dogs or cars - with TLC, time, and money invested. The wording of the truisms can be rewritten according to a situation or put into your own words, but it must reflect the essence of the law.

Law of Peace (Law of Amen in Khamitic Spirituality):

You were made in the likeness of a peace that nothing can disturb. Reclaim your peace that you may attain to your reason for coming into existence – the enjoyment of life.

    Examples of truisms:

By nature, I am peace that nothing can disturb. My happiness does not depend on what I have or what happens in life.

I am not conditioned. Nothing has the power to disturb my peace. I enjoy when I have and I enjoy peace when I don’t, so I am always enjoying my life.

Law of Oneness (Law of Ausar)

Your nature is unconquerable peace, therefore nothing or no one in the world can be against you. All experiences come to you to promote your reclamation of peace, so that you may in turn acquire wisdom and spiritual power.

    Examples of truisms:

I am one with all, therefore nothing and no one can be against me.

This situation is not against me, everything happens so that I can reclaim my peace. When I am at peace I have access to knowledge and power to change anything and everything in my life and the lives of others.

When I am at peace I can intuit a win-win solution to any problem and access the power and resources I need. This challenge is here to serve me so I can transcend my conditioning, be wiser and step into my authentic power.

I am one with all, therefore <insert name> is not against me. I do not take this personally because I see the large picture and know who I am.

  3. Replacing your reaction to a trigger with a response based on the laws. For example, instead of my person feeling angry at a friend who called me stupid I see myself smiling and ignoring his words, being peaceful. Or I give him a hug and take him out for lunch, or simply walk away being at peace. It’s important that your reaction, whatever the action part may be, includes you being at peace, be kind, fair, and inclusive of all. The more love and understanding you can gather, the greater chances of success you have.

I know it’s hard to believe this looking at the culture we live in, especially when success is often equated only with money and power over the lives of others. But it is the stage that humanity is in right now, and you can validate these teachings for yourself. After all, we have tons of examples of how money, power, and fame do not bring happiness.

  4. Your dreams and goals.

There grows no wheat where there is no grain. /Khamitic proverb
