Meditation Script Writing

Part 2

4. Your dreams and goals.

The first 3 steps are reprogramming and sacrificing a limiting belief that is not based on the laws, it’s the part you are giving up in exchange for what you want to attract. Step 4 is where you ask for a blessing and visualize with a focus on gathering as much joy as you can muster. Joy gives us energy, and energy we need to attract.

The Law of Attraction works on getting us what we see in our minds, whether it is positive or negative. And we see for ourselves what we believe we are or are worth, in other words, what our self-image is. If you believe you are just a human being, defined by a certain age, gender, finances, education, or talent, then your spirit will attract internal and external “proofs” of that self-image. By working on deconditioning yourself you get closer to the self-image that The Creator would have, that is worthy of the best, having unlimited power and wisdom, and one with all. With that being said, do not limit your dreams and goals, go for the best, and put in the work. Do not think about HOW it can become a reality, cause it won’t be your conscious mind working on that. Focus on making your visualization as real as possible, and engage as many senses as you can (e.g. see it, smell, taste, and touch it if you can). It’s ok if it is not vivid, the main goal is to make it FEEL real, and as if it ALREADY happened.

Personally, I always start my visualizations first as a sketch, meaning I start with the main object and keep adding details, then add other senses and include more people as my scenes take shape. For example, I wanted to have a beautiful office and a successful career as an acupuncturist. First, I saw a room with a desk and windows, then added more details, like antiques and crystals, and plants. After some time I realized that just seeing the office doesn’t bring me as much joy as reading thank-you letters from people I helped, so I added that. Then I took it further and imagined an event where I would give and receive dozens of hugs and everyone is having a great time, enjoying organic food, with kids running around, bouts of laughter in every corner, dancing… By the time I finished my scene I find myself bathing in the joy of this video reel for a good 5-10 min at a time, while in the beginning, it was more of a 10-sec screenshot. Noteworthy, the grand opening of Esoterra was remarkably close to this vision.

Visualizing inner peace might be a bit more challenging than more concrete, material goals. You would still have to envision real-life situations, scenes, or videos that would reflect that and invoke joy. For example, seeing yourself going through some challenge and being joyful that you are at peace. Or watching clips of your lifestyle filled with self-care, and time for yourself and people you love.

True teaching is not an accumulation of knowledge; it is an awaking of consciousness which goes through successive stages.
