Where the Mind Goes, Qi Flows

As we are approaching the holidays, one cannot help but feel the excitement. The whole world right now seems to be taken over by holiday shopping and preparations. Mariah Carey will whistle and sing how all she wants for Christmas is us, or me, or you... I’m a bit confused about that part, and why she wants me to buy a book, I thought all she wanted was me? Anyway, it’s just super exciting, and… at the same time, forcing us to focus on the external and material, keeping us so busy ordering, making money, resolving issues, and getting trees inside our homes to throw them out 2 weeks later. And nothing wrong with it, if we can spend more time and focus on what we really want.

Maybe after the holidays if you are curious to see how Ancient Egyptians built the pyramids then watch this lengthy movie. It is the first one I’ve ever recommended about Ancient Egypt due to widespread misinformation. An interesting point it made about why people of the Nile got to such a high level of science, is because they had 3-4 months of the year with “nothing to do”, meaning no crops to tend to. So they spent a third of the year (no TV, radio, internet, or phone!!!) contemplating Nature, learning, and applying the observed laws. They focused on developing genius and sharing their knowledge with the world. We are direct beneficiaries of their discoveries without even knowing it.

Guided breathwork

The video gives verbal instruction on how to practice this breath-work. It is totally applicable to your meditation as well, aside from the exhale. For regular meditation it is best to both inhale and exhale through the nose.

This video is the YouTube version of my collaboration with SonoKinetic Rising to bring you very powerful breath-work practice taught by Naam Yoga founder, Dr. Levry. This version is to practice 15-second inhale, hold, and exhale, which is 5 sec shorter to facilitate starting this practice, and utilizes binaural beats to help you get into the deep relaxing state faster (use headphones to experience this effect).

If this version is too fast or slow for you, or you would like to have an audio file of 10, 15, or 20-sec breath-work, you can find them available here with a discount code WS2020.

Feel free to share with anyone who would be receptive to enhancing their health and lives through breath, and also don’t hesitate to email me your experiences with it. It was my first project of this kind, and any constructive criticism or kind and honest words of encouragement are highly appreciated!
